Joica (Dr. Annie Mathew) is my just elder sister. She has completed her MBBS from Trivandrum Medical College and did her Post graduations (MRCP) in Psychiatry & Medicine from UK. She is married to Roy (Dr. Varghese Mathew) from Kadamanpathalil, Keekozhoor. Dr. Varghese Mathew did his MBBS from Trivandrum Medical College and did his MRCP from UK. Both of them are working and settled in Scotland.

They have two children : Sharon (I named her) and Rojy. Sharon is doing her M. Pharm in Scotland and Rojy has completed his Engineering from Ireland.

During our Europe trip Sharon & Rojy were our guides.  Joica took special care of us ensuring our accommodation and travel plans to Ireland. We visited her in Galway, Ireland and stayed for few days with her, enjoying their hospitality.

Sharon got married to Dias on 10th Sep 2011. Dias is from Pathamuttom , Kottayam. He has done his Engineering and MBA and is currently working with i-Gates.

For the first time in our family, all brothers and sisters assembled together for Sharon's wedding, with their families. It was a very rare occasion..

During childhood days we used to fight each other because the competitions were between us always. She was a good speaker who always got First Prize. I always have to be content with second position. She is always remembered for her genuine affection towards all and the her guts to "call a spade a spade"
